Installing thunderbird on Jaunty Ubuntu Linux

Do:
sudo apt-get install thunderbird

Go to: Applications --> Internet --> Thunderbird

To login as root in Ubuntu Jaunty, do:
sudo bash
enter your user password when it prompts for password. You become root then.
